Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods
All payments on this site are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with any additional methods Stripe displays at checkout (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link) depending on your device and location.
How your payment is handled
We never see or store your full card details — they're entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page and encrypted end-to-end. All Make Motors only receives confirmation that a payment was successful, along with the last 4 digits of your card for your receipt.
Currency & pricing
All prices on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. If Stripe offers to show your total in another currency at checkout, the AUD amount is what we actually charge — the other currency figure is only an estimate based on the exchange rate at the time.
When you're charged
Your card is charged in full at the time you complete checkout — we don't offer pay-later or installment options at this time. You'll receive an email receipt immediately after a successful payment.
Order acceptance & pricing errors
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, but in the rare case a part is mispriced or out-of-stock information wasn't updated in time, we'll contact you before processing and offer a full refund if you'd rather not proceed at the corrected price.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined, no charge is made and your order won't be placed. Please check your card details, available funds, or try an alternative payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or reach out to us for help.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. See our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility and timing.
Disputes & chargebacks
If something's wrong with your order, please contact us first at service@allmakemotors.com so we can resolve it directly — this is usually much faster than a bank dispute.
